One decision-maker is enough. Ideally the person who owns the website or revenue story. You don’t need a committee.
Is this just copywriting?▾
No. Copywriting is the output. The work is deciding what you should say, who it’s for, and what you should stop saying.
How much time will this take from us?▾
Very little. You’ll answer a short intake and give feedback once. Most of the work is async on our side.
What if we’re early-stage or still figuring things out?▾
That’s common. This sprint is designed to reduce ambiguity, not require perfect clarity going in.
What exactly do we get at the end?▾
A rewritten homepage with production-ready copy, plus a one-page positioning snapshot you can reuse internally.
Do you design or build the website?▾
No. We focus on language and structure. Your team or tool can implement the copy however you prefer.
Will this work for our industry?▾
We don’t position by industry. We position by buyer problem and decision context. That’s what actually converts.
How long does the process take?▾
Typically 3–5 business days from kickoff to final delivery.
What happens after delivery?▾
You publish the copy. If you want help beyond the homepage, we’ll tell you what makes sense and what doesn’t.
What if this isn’t a fit?▾
We’ll tell you early. If we can’t materially improve your homepage, we won’t take the project.
